Roofs On Homes A Division Of City 1

I've used Roofs on Homes several times for repairs and each time I've been impressed with their service. Very responsive, friendly and professional team. Will call them again when it's time to replace my roof. Highly recommend.

First contacted 12 years to quote a new roof on an old house we had just moved into that needed obvious work. City 1 was only contractor to suggest a few key repairs instead. Were so impressed, we used them 5 years later when it came time to do a new roof (right on schedule they recommended). Now, 7 years later, we were experiencing a new problem related to the soffits (not an issue with their roof). Came out day after we called, checked it out, made a simple fix to solve the problem, and wouldn't take any payment for it (approximate cost above is what I expected to be charged). Talk about service - cannot recommend highly enough!

I called homes on homes to inspect an issue on my roof. they came to my home within a half hour. Fortunately it turned out to be a non issue. This set my mind at ease. They were very kind and considerate. I have to say they are the best roofing team I have ever dealt with, and there has been a few. Had water leaks, found Roofs on Homes here, saw good reviews and decided to call. Glad I did. The service was great and satisfactory. Marie was nice talking with, she scheduled service visit right away and kept me updated, she called me later and moved the visit earlier that original schedule which was a nice surprise. I had a severe roof leak the week before Christmas. Roofs on Homes came out and did a repair to some damaged flashing that week. They told me to contact them if there were any problems and that they guaranteed their work. After the next rain, there was still some moisture in our ceiling (but not nearly as severe). I notified Roofs on Homes of the issue. They came back, did some additional investigation and found another problem which was repaired. There have been no issues since. I appreciate that were able to resolve my problem and stood by their guarantee. Leaks can be complicated to trace so you want someone who is going to stand by their work and make sure the job is complete. I would recommend them. Thanks, Ian

Needed a rotten wooden porch/awning that protects the front door replacing. Danny was quick to respond and gave a competitive quote promptly.
A week later his guys were on site doing the work and with no fuss they did a great job with the new structure and asphalt, even improving the design with a slightly sloped roof to stop future water pooling and rotting the new porch.

In fact the whole process was very punctual. I was impressed.
They were patient when they had to explain things to me and their work looks good. Got a few upgrades, and I feel good about the roof above my family.
