I hired The Roofers after getting a few quotes, we initially started with only looking at replacing the roof, but after a site visit from Ash he had notified us that the Gutters are something to also consider looking at. The Team was amazing when they arrived on site, all well dressed in company uniform. The project took about a full day and the following day the team that installs the gutters showed up. It was a very pleasant experience all the way from our first initial contact to setting up the project date with Sean. Thanks again guys and we appreciate the hard word on the hot sunny day!

I had my roof and a significant amount of plywood sheathing replaced this spring on our backsplit. Ash and the team were great from the initial point of contact through to the project cleanup. Great attention to detail in the quote and the work done. They were a bit more expensive than some other competitors but well worth the investment. Very happy with the final job.

I hired The Roofers in March of 2023 to get my project done as soon as the weather cleared up, thankfully last week we had some great sunny weather and they made sure to call me to schedule the work. The Team was amazing from dealing with Ash through the contract process and the professional proposal provided, all the way to Sean schedule the project for the a few days prior to the start of the work. I had hired The Roofers last year, I decided to wait to get through a Canadian winter before writing my review as I wanted to see if the work they did would hold up. I can assure you that its been a great past year knowing that I haven't had issues and my experience was a very pleasant one. I had personally dealt with Ash, all I can say is communication is one of my focuses when hiring a contractor and he was on top of everything throughout the process from us initially reaching out to him all the way to the warranty being registered. We proceed with a Golden Pledge System and a full Aluminum replacement as it was time for most of our exterior to be finally done. I highly recommend Ash and the team at The Roofers.

The roofers were very professional at all stages of the process from prompt complete written competitive quote, full explanation of the quote, efficient friendly installation of all roof aspects. Was kept informed at all stages of the project. The roofers provide a very good warranty and are licensed, insured and rated highly be BBB and Homestars. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I have confidence that the roof will remain waterproof for many years.

Can I give The Roofers 20/10 stars for honesty, workmanship, management, and tidiness? Ash answered all of our many questions. He informed us that we could get another year out of our roof. However, we had lost shingles in the spring windstorm and, although they had been patched, we wanted the roof re-shingled this year. His sample contract even had his Company's specific insurance coverage attached, as well as the Company's specific Workman's Comp coverage for their workers attached. They came at 7 a.m. with a team of 7 great workers. They laid tarps around the whole house, all workers were harnessed properly, they did the job beautifully, swept our lawn and the neighbours' adjoining areas for nails, and left us by 4:30 with a perfect yard... and a perfect roof. The company supplied their workers with cases of water, and the team took proper breaks and a lunchtime to cool down. The crew was great. I'm sure they really like working for The Roofers. Uncle Oshon looked out for every detail. Ash came back the next day to show us the drone shots of the whole new roof. I highly, highly, recommend The Roofers!

The entire process from start to finish was top notch all the way. Ash and Sean were friendly, helpful and professional in their explanation of the scope of work to be done. Constant communications and quick replies to emails meant always being in the loop. The work crew came on the day specified, on schedule and worked efficiently and professionally like a well oiled machine. They left the site spotless cleaning up after themselves and covering our plants and bushes to protect them. Am glad I chose The Roofers as it has been a pleasant, and worry free experience from start to finish. I can highly recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with the professional manner in which The Roofers conducts business. From our initial meeting to obtain a quote, followed by several calls to clarify their process and timing, the type of shingles being used and the warranty, Ash was consistently professional, responsive and thorough! Ash provided us with a realistic time frame for the work to be done and the work was completed in one day by a very efficient and attentive crew. The Roofers utilizes a drone to capture pictures of the roof, before and after; as well as pictures of the progress of the work on the actual day. Everything is transparent to the homeowner, instilling a great deal of confidence and trust! The Roofers is a very trustworthy, customer service oriented, family run company (very rare these days!!) And we would highly recommend Ash and his amazing team for your roof replacement and or repairs without hesitation!!
