Leak started on Sunday afternoon. I turned off the water and Googled a Plumber. Read reviews on this company and called them. They said they wouldn’t be able to come until the Monday around 1:00 p.m. I not only got a call from their office that he was on his way but he showed up almost on time. His name was Matt and he was very thorough. He discovered the leak was coming from the electrical box on the tank, not the heating coils and he immediately flipped the circuit off. He was very helpful, advising me it was probably still under warranty but explained it would be Tuesday before he could replace the tank as he had to find one first. Tuesday morning he was there on time, with the tank and replaced it with no issues. It was still under warranty but I was told that due to unscrupulous plumbers, this tank company now needed more proof to confirm there was a leak, so I would have to pay for it and wait for the refund. So, now I wait for the refund, not from Matt but from the manufacturer.
I would recommend his company to others. I just wish I’d received a more detailed invoice so I knew how much my rebate from the tank company would be.

Called on a Saturday morning. Matt arrived within 30 minutes to assess damage and provide quote. Monday morning trenches were dug. By Wednesday afternoon, pipes were completely replaced and with a 25 year warranty. Efficient and professional.

Matt and his crew diagnosed the problem and located the leak. They all worked diligently to fix the problem. At the end of the day my leaky water main was effectively and efficiently repaired. Matt was great. They were able to get the tank and install with short notice before Christmas. The install was quick and the job looks professional. Communication with the staff was prompt and courteous. Highly recommended for future installations.

Great service and excellent work! Matt helped us to replace the water tank. He is a pro and very efficient. Their teamwork is amazing too. Even there was an issue on the stock, they managed to arrange from another supplier and delivered as promised. The removal, delivery and installation all done in speedy manner. Speedy Plumbing does have good reviews however I did have issues with the length of time spent doing the job. Apparently the employee had some challenges. I did have a concern with the work and when I voiced my concerns to the manager, Matt, the next day he came to my residence to inspect the work done. I appreciated the fact that Matt was right on it as it showed concern for customer satisfaction. After inspecting the work it was agreed that the work should not have taken as long as it did and I was compensated for the extra time. I was very impressed with the way Matt handled the situation and would call on, specifically, Matt to do future work.
January 2020 Addition to the above. I had Speedy come back again recently to fix a leak under the bathroom sink and broken plug in the sink. Oliver did a super job. He was friendly, fast and efficient. It’s pays to give a second chance. I will be using Speedy again in the future because they have proven to me that they care about the customer and are trustworthy!

Friendly, reliable, and hard worker. A little more expensive than I expected, but job well done. I would recommend them to others in the area. They had quick responses as well!
