Well the name is totally accurate “Speedy Plumbing” .Our Main Water line had a leak Matt came out on a Sunday to take a look and explain all of the options. Matt, Oliver, Ian and Brett were courteous, fast and very efficient. It should of taking them the whole day, but we had water within several hours. We appreciate your quick response. They took care of our problem quickly and we couldn’t be happier! My family and I would recommend Speedy Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs!

Had a leak somewhere in the water main from my street to my house. I left my info on the chat page on the website and Matt got back to me right away. He came out checked the situation and gave me a quote on the spot. Honest guy, straight shooter. Had his crew come in and knocked off the job in no time. Dug a small hole by the water main and another by my house where the water access entered. Did the job - filled up the holes with very limited evidence of the project. My lawn and yard are totally in tact - basically untouched. Awesome guys and service

On Friday, May 10th, found I had a blocked sewer line, both basement laundry tubs were full, from draining the bathtub upstairs, and had overflowed onto the concrete basement floor. Phoned Steve, and Colin arrived within the estimated time. He vacuumed out the tubs, threaded 70+ feet of snake along that line to a blockage then checked the other sewer line on the other side of the house to find a blockage. It was decided to install an access point on that line in my raspberry bed. Matt arrived along with someone else to find the Y joint of the two lines with a type of metal detector. Brent arrived with his compact but powerful bobcat/digger. Dug down 4 ft right over the connection point of the two sewer lines then out towards the street. It went directly under a tree who's mass of hair-sized roots caused the blockages so Matt determined the 15 ft tree had to be removed which Brent did with little damage to the cedar hedge nearby. The excavation was now about 20+ ft. Colin did hand digging to completely uncover the line and joints, broke it all into pieces and removed to the side. Replaced new lengths of sewer pipe, glued the joints at the Y and to the other ends. Colin worked very hard in the blazing sun down in the hole on Friday and Saturday, everyone stayed in good humour, were a friendly team and were polite to me the whole time. Saturday, and again Sunday morning Brent returned to bury broken up tree roots and old pipe then filled in the hole and levelled it with the surrounding lawn. Colin returned on Sunday to redo the connection from the laundry tubs to the old sewer pipe in the basement, so all is working well with both sewer lines! I'm so relieved! Matt emailed the bill today and explained the costs. As you can see from my long review, it was a very big emergency job. Matt did not charge the usual higher weekend rates and I am totally in agreement with his bill. He is always fair. I've called on Speedy Plumbing several times before and have always been very satisified with their work and their bill. Thank you all for another job well done.

Job was done fast and very professional was bigger job then expected but still charged original quote.

The staff are very nice and professional and honest. Also fixed the fitting problem with no extra charge.

I went through the online quote process on Homestars website around 11pm a night. By 7:30 in the morning Matt was calling and was ready to set up an appointment for 10:30. That was actually too early for me and had to push him until 1:00pm. Colin came and fixed our problem quickly and effectively. Colin was knowledgeable and made other recommendations for our aging home. This company is great ! Professional and FAST...will definitely be our "go to" for plumber from now on.

Did good work. Was not as straightforward as they first advised but they still got it done. They had to enlarge the excavation by about four feet to avoid a concrete footing. So there was that much more to clean up after the fact. Filling the concrete hole could've been done a bit better. It left a large rough bump underneath the flooring. It is what it is I guess. Just happy that the work was performed satisfactory.

It's Sunday December 30th and our water tank failed! I called a company that could send someone Monday morning, then I called Call Speedy Plumbing and Rooter, and they really lived up to their name! Someone arrived within about 20 minutes and had the tank replaced within an hour! Hot water within 2:30 hours of calling! I highly recommend this company.

We had our water service line leaking and I called around . I called on a Sunday and other places said they will look at it on Monday. I called speedy plumbing and rooter, spoke with Matt and he came by my place to look at it even though it's his day . Matt and his team came the next day to do the repairs and after clean up the mess and even got the cement guy to redo the cement all the same week. If you want quick service and honest people call Matt. He's the best
