Toronto Van Lines

I found Toronto vanLines through a google search and I chose them because their price was resonable. What I didn't expect was such a high quality of service. They sent 3 of the hardest working, careful, pleasant individuals to take care of my move. They took alot of pride in doing the job right and on time. I can honestly say I would recomment them to anyone moving.

We had a bad experience with company few months ago. We were very disappointed about their non-professional services. All our WORRIES about the moving company were CAME TRUE

1. The movers did not put on any floor runners or floor sheets that caused the floors and carpets very dirty.

2. At first, they asked us to dismantle our furniture by ourselves. We rejected because based on their quotation sheet, they should do it instead asking us to do it.

3. They only wrapped our Yamaha Electrical Piano with plastic sheets instead of extra protection. That caused the music desk stop rail broken.

4. The movers did not accept the responsibility for breaking that part of the electrical piano. We called Ana on the next day and reported our complaints. Ana told us the manager will contact us to arrange a Piano Specialist to check the electrical piano. However we never received any calls from their manager. Finally we got Ana’s permission to check with the Piano Store to get the quotation of that broken part. It was $55 plus tax. Ana told us they will send us a cheque for $55 plus tax. However until now, we haven’t received any check or any reply from them again.

5. Even though we complained to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), this moving company did not reply to BBB too. If you really want to have better understand this company, below is the rating from Better Business Bureau. Please check it out before you make any decision:

We took numerous estimates for our moving and Toronto Vanlines was the lowest bid. Their response to all our questions and concerns were fast and clear. Anna at the Office and the moving team was very experienced and kept close communications with us prior to the scheduled pick-up until the delivery. Toronto VanLines provided us with an excellent moving service and continual peace of mind! Minor damages was resolved immediately and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

I had a complicated move and Toronto Vanlines was FANTASTIC. They took the time to listen to my needs and everything went like clockwork. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden costs. There staff and customer service was of the highest quality. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

This moving company was unprofessional, lazy and rude!! They damage your stuff, your house!!! The estimate was for 600.00, they then started loading and then half way took everything off the truck and dumped it and took off. Returned 2 hours later after the boss yelled at them and re negotiated the price. Refused to compromise and very rude swearing at you in their language... Please if you want to protect your sanity and belongings beware of this company!!
