Shift Air installed our air conditioner near the end of a very hot summer. They were able to accommodate us very quickly despite the recent heat wave! Install was professional and clean. E-mails were always responded to immediately, and the price was much more reasonable than other quotes we received. Shift Air came out and serviced our air conditioner, this past summer. This winter, when our furnace needed to be replaced, we contacted them again to give us a quote. Brent explained the different furnace options that were available. Shift Air's service and install was prompt, courteous and professional. We had an existing garage heater that died and needed to be replaced. Brent was excellent to deal with. Made an appointment to come and look at the existing set up and give us a quote. The crew that came to remove (and haul away) the dead heater and install the new heater did an amazing job. On time, polite and left the garage spotless. Brent, the installation crew and the electrician were fantastic to deal with. And best of all, the final bill came in at the quote given.
