We contacted Frank and his team about replacing a leaky shower door. The staff were organized and efficient in setting up our appointment, and Kris arrived early to measure the shower and produce a quote. However, Kris pointed out that we might be able to make a repair to the shower rather than replace the door, and save some money. He made this suggestion, even though Doors & More doesn't do that kind of work. I called the office to put our order on hold while we explored that option, and they were very accommodating. This is a top class organization from top to bottom, and while we might not be ordering any product right now, they'll be the first people we call for future work. To Frank and his team: thanks for your honesty, and for putting the customer's needs ahead of a potential sale.

We built a new home in Markham and our builder’s usual shower glass company couldn’t provide custom hardware colour options. We decided to look elsewhere and thankfully we found Doors and More. Not only were they able to provide brass/gold and copper/rose gold options, Frank and his team were a pleasure to work with. Frank’s attention to detail filters thru his entire team. We completed six showers with D&M and we wanted each to have a distinct character. The hardware made the showers come to life and the amazing customer service was the icing on the cake!

We ordered our shower glass from Doors and More and they did an amazing job! The guys were very professional. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect! We had a small issue after and they sent someone right away to fix it and they kept following up with us to make sure we are satisfied! We would definitely recommend them!

Our experience with the people at Doors and More, from Tara in sales to Frank the owner and the installation crew was extremely professional and personable. The header that we used in our glass shower was unique and the crew took extra care and time to ensure that the job was done perfectly. They were respectful of our home and bathroom, using rubber mats for all their tools, so that everything was left in the same condition as when they arrived. Also, their pricing was very competitive. We would highly recommend Doors and More!

We renovated our ensuite bathroom down to the studs. To rebuild the shower stall, we searched for a glass enclosure/sliding door. Searched long and hard but all the products we looked at were not quite right or seemingly flimsy in construction. We checked out Muti Kitchen and Bath in Oakville and came upon a gorgeous shower enclosure, by D&M Doors and More. D&M did all the measurements, worked with our contractors, and came back for the install - all professional, timely, considerate and amazing (Oral and Adam installers). The construction of this product is absolutely amazing and the price totally reasonable for the quality of it. We had one issue with the rubber "squeegee" partially peeling, and one phone call, the gentleman was out a few days later, a 10 minute repair and all warrantied. I asked about one other piece that seemed to be collecting some dirt and he replaced that as well as the design had been updated since we purchased originally. Amazing service. Amazing and stunningly beautiful product.

I am very pleased that I chose Doors & More to complete the installation of a sliding shower door for a very small bathroom space. From dealing with Tara to provide alternatives and pricing, to Chris' recommendations to ensure the best possible fit for such a confined space to the excellent job that Andrew and Rob performed to complete the installation. Overall, a great experience with such a professional company. Highly recommended!
