Ashlar did our patio, walkway, lawn, and planting and have done a fantastic job for us. We're really pleased with the results but also, crucially, while a doing such a great job, their professionalism stood out. We live in a town house and they were beyond courteous in the way they worked - the neighbours on the street were not inconvenienced; the roadway was never blocked or restricted; the drive, even when storing materials, was clear enough for both cars to access the garage, and the worksite was a model of good housekeeping. Their pricing was the lowest quote we had, yet I feel like we had the most professional service possible.

Daimon is fantastic to deal with and his team are every bit as professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and courteous as he is.

I highly recommend them.

Extremely pleased with the backyard. I had a design in mind and they made it even better than I imagined. Patio stones in front and back and front steps look great. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. Communication was excellent and timely. Would hire again and recommend. Daimon at Ashlar provided us with a range of options for dealing with worn pavers that covered our driveway and and the side of our house. We really appreciated being given a menu of options at different price points. We ultimately chose to have new pavers installed for our driveway and surrounding area. We also had all the dirt replaced in raised flower beds around the side and front of the house, with mulch and new plants that Daimon recommended after hearing my wife's preferences for plants and flowers. Ashlar also put in a new flower bed and trees in our backyard. They also did a concrete repair on our front steps. along with some other smaller jobs. Daimon and his crew were great to deal with. It seems like there was nothing they could not tackle, and they were able to offer options that could suit different budgets at every stage, and never tried to "push" or "upsell". They were straightforward and followed through, and even were flexible in working around another reno we had going on at the time. Highly recommended, and really glad we chose Ashlar after speaking to and getting quotes from three companies.

Ashlar landscaping planted some cedar trees and did some maintenance work on our interlock patio courtyard. This company goes above and beyond not only with the installation but also the after sales service. Damian is awesome to deal with, we were very pleased. These days its difficult to find companies to come out to do the work as promised as well as provide after sales service. Hire this company and I can assure you, you wont be disappointed! We are definitely using them for future projects!

Needed some complex work done on our front and backyard. We met with multiple contractors and went with Ashlar because of their professionalism and the owner was fair and honest in regards to scope, timelines and pricing. The workers were on time and because we are close to our neighbours always made sure the job site was tidy and secure at the end of each day. Were very pleased with the end result and would work with the Ashlar team again. Highly recommend, great experience.

Our old deck was past its prime and was beginning to rot. We wanted to replace the wooden deck with something that required less maintenance. We obtained 3 quotes and decided to go with Ashlar Landscaping.

Daimon, the owner, was excellent to work with from start to finish. His quote was competitive with 2 others we obtained, but it was his willingness to explain things and offer suggestions that impressed us.

His crew led by Matt did excellent work, from demolishing the deck to preparing the ground to laying the pavers. They kept the work area clean each day. The result of their work is excellent.

Several years ago, Daimon and his team installed a stone driveway at our house. We were delighted with the work, so when we needed to have our wooden deck and gazebo replaced, we turned to him for advice.

We knew that we wanted to replace the deck with a new stone patio. Daimon helped us to flesh out our ideas and to develop a suitable layout for both the stone patio and a stone platform for a new gazebo. Ashlar Landscapes took on the entire job! Several teams worked on our project. Initially, they removed the old wooden deck and gazebo. Then, another team installed our stone patio and built a stone platform for a new gazebo. Finally, they installed sod and garden beds to compliment the landscaping. We were very impressed with the excellence of their workmanship and the quality of the finished project.

Daimon even had some suggestions for us about a new gazebo and a BBQ pavilion ... and he helped us to contact someone who could install them.
