Ciscon Landscaping

I had the team at Ciscon Landscaping complete a project at my home this summer including planting trees (9 in total), shrubs, digging out gardens, adding mulch, river rock and armour stone. The team brought my vision to life and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The products they use are very high quality and the team is nothing less than extraordinary. Ciscon’s pricing was competitive and their work was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Ciscon to anyone looking for a great landscape contractor.

Our project started with the condo corporation permitting ourselves and a neighbour to upgrade to interlocking pavers from the planned narrow concrete walkway.
A number of contractors called were either disinterested in the work or would take weeks to complete.
The Ciscon Team from Paul, Carmen and Chris on site made everything go smoothly. Everyday on the job they showed how much they cared about the work they were doing for us.
We most highly recommend the firm for their professionalism, promptness and attention to detail.

We recently contacted Paul at Ciscon Landscaping for a quote on our sad,  sloped and lifeless backyard.  Another family in the neighbourhood recommended him.  We also visited his website and were impressed with what we saw.  We received a visit from Paul personally within days and not too long after a beautiful design, a quote and a time line of what we could expect.  Their quote and time line were right on and the end result was nothing short of a miracle.  Not because we weren't confident in Paul, but because he exceeded our expectations.   Even with some changes, on our part, Paul & his team were ALWAYS patient, professional, courteous and friendly.  One example of this was when Aiden warned our elderly neighbour that he was going to clean up for the day and that she might want to go inside to avoid the blowing dirt.  How thoughtful was this?!?!  Oh and the workmanship...was out of this world!  IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL!  We have had so many compliments and are so happy with our backyard now that we want everyone to see it.

My backyard and pool area needed to be brought out of the 1980's so I contacted Paul for some ideas and a quote. His quote was very reasonable and his landscaping ideas turned out to be fantastic. Owner Paul took us on after a bad experience waiting and waiting for another contractor who dropped the ball. We had to wait a few weeks for Ciscon but well worth the wait. Paul and his team, Luke, 2 Daves and Chris worked in some of the hottest days in late July to create something new, fresh, solid for our 1970's cape style house that we are delighted with. Paul's construction experience showed as he re-graded our front entranceway and allowed for good drainage/water run-off, then his team went to work installing Techo-Bloc brand pavers that simply look great. Paul made suggestions in design/colour and we took his advice and are very happy with the results. Luke and Dave worked hard to install heavy armour stone and River rock to act as retaining wall and as a decorative mulch. Paul was very concerned that we were happy throughout the job and he saw that we were. Even though our job was not very large, we never got the feeling we were getting the "small job" effort or results. These guys busted their butts for us and we would definitely use Ciscon again. Pricing was reasonable.

Paul and his team did an excellent job on creating the vision that we developed for our backyard project. Carolina drew up the design and worked with us to select materials and plants/trees that have worked out very well. Foreman Dave was outstanding to work with as was their staff at their head office.

Paul and the Ciscon crew worked very thoroughly and efficiently on our walkway and porch. They took time to pay attention to details and as a result, the finished work was what we hoped for and even more.We highly recommend them and would like them to do some more work on our home in the future.

We had to completely redesign our backyard. Ciscon worked closely with us to come up with a design blueprint that met our needs and our budget. The work started with tearing down the existing patio and building a retaining wall made of armour stones, laying new patio stones (adding in designs and edges to make the patio pattern uniquely beautiful), putting in a water feature and finishing with planting shrubs, trees and plants/flowers. The end result completely exceeded our expectations! Our tired looking backyard has completely transformed into a beautiful, serene, relaxing oasis! The Ciscon crew were such a joy to work with - they were professional, attentive to our needs while working with us to make minor changes along the way, detailed oriented, and very knowledgeable in their fields. They offered advice while respecting our wishes. They had expert workmanship and always left our property clean. We are extremely happy with our new backyard and highly recommend Ciscon Landscaping as the company of choice!

Entrance Patio, added an extension to the driveway to the front porch. Wanted to be able to park another car, and also for the looks.

The Ciscon, responded well to the call, Caroline came by, measured, gave good suggestions and gave me the freedom with design.

From there, Paul took over, sent me a professional quote, I asked for changes and it was all accomodated. I managed to negotiate the price reduction as well (Wish I did little more :))

Had tough time scheduling the date, but the guys who came to do the work was good. The work was very clean and good quality. Looks solid and I'm pleased with how it turned out.

Have to wait and see whether it makes any movement after while, but for now it looks solid.

Only suggestion I would have for the team is to have extra supplies and pre-order them as they ran into some issues with short supply, still finished as promissed.
