Acker Home Inspection

This was second time we hired Phil for our new home 1-year inspection. Last time was 19 years ago. As expected he performed very good job and is so professional and efficient with details for everything for new home inspection. We have received all necessary reports for Tarion's Year-end report, and also additional full report for our personal record. He explained and answered all the questions or concerns we had. A home purchase is no small investment and Phil made me feel as though he was inspecting his own him. Took time to thoroughly check things, point out small issues, obvious issues and also in the post inspection report (which came within about 5-10 minutes of his departure to my inbox) highighted the priority items to address.

I also appreciated as I shared some changes or modifications I wanted to make, they offered suggestions as to how to make it easier as a DIYer!

We hired Acker Home Inspection to inspect our home. We were incredibly happy with the service that they delivered. Phil and Randy came to inspect my new build for the end of year warranty. Feeling out the Tarion 1-year report online will be very easy and just a matter of copy and paste the information. I could also have used the pre-filled tarion form that he provided for mailing it in if I wanted.
