Alex was the only person returned call very fast and always showed up when he told me he will. Submitted all new drawings and defended it with the city. Never asked for extra money even when he did extra work.

We needed to remove a wall in our house to build a kitchen island. Alex arrived on-time for the appointment, did his measurements, discussed our needs and put the drawings together without any hassle. He came back to discuss our options before submitting the plan to the city and within a few days he was back with our permit in hand. During the project he was in touch with our contractor and made sure everything went smoothly per plan. Just awesome!
