Excellent experience with Convertible Heating & AC
Convertible Heating and AC was one of the first companies to respond to my request for a quote for a new furnace, AC unit and humidifier. We also needed to change our pipes. Christopher came in and was great in assessing what needed to be done. Explained our options and gave us a quote. We decided to go with them.
The day we booked to get the work done was, unfortunately, one of the hottest days so far this year. We were not looking forward to having a full day without AC. The team: Brandon, Matt and Josh called to see if we were okay with them starting an hour earlier (8am). They showed up on time; were friendly and very efficient. They were able to get all the work done before noon. They cleaned up after themselves and had the AC up and running before the day really got hot.
We're so glad we went with Convertible. Not only was their price affordable but their work was efficient and professional. Our experience with Convertible has been excellent!
