Excellent price and service. This is the third time I've used Convertible. They completed the job in accordance with the quote without issue, despite encountering a very difficult and unknown installation issue arising from a tight space which also created job hazards for the installer, Sean. This added at least 2 hours to the job. Sean was highly professional and courteous.

Thank you so much for this review! I know who this is just buy the description of the job! And yes, it was a very very difficult job and it cost us about $300 extra in materials and labour to redo your furnace venting to access the cooling coil. But as you know, we didn't charge any extra and absorbed it all ourselves.
