Furnace, hot water tank and thermostat replacement
We decided to replace our 18 year old furnace and water heater so we called around and got quotes from 3 different vendors. Of the three that came, Marnie of Convertible Heating was the only one who did a full walk down of our home (both internal and external) and asked about any insulation work we did as well as any heating/ air conditioning distribution issues. From there, I knew that she would be the one we wanted to work with as she spent the time to truly assess our needs. Her quote was competitive with the others and even though slightly more costly, she had my trust. When the installation team came (the Adam and Adam duo) they were professional and very respectful of my home, placing drops sheets everywhere and completing a very thorough job and cleanup. They explained everything to me as they were doing it as I watched a lot of the work they did. Overall, we are very pleased with the work and we now even have the added benefit of our air conditioner being more effective as the furnace blower seems to be distributing our AC air more effectively throughout our home!
