Marnie was the sales rep and she answered all our question and helped every step of the way. She even informed us about a A/C rebate that we could receive saving us lots of money!! :) Once all the info was given she suggested great products and great advice for our specific home. Adam and his assistant came to my home on time and installed the A/C, humidifier and Gas line for my stove. They were both very courteous and kept everything clean, during and after they finished. Adam also took the time to explain all the parts that i should pay attention to and showed me how to use the equipment and its cleaning schedule. We will be referring Convertible to everyone we know!!!! As a home owner my worry comes from people not doing the job right and also the after care the company gives you if things aren't done properly.
