We needed to replace our 35 years old furnace, 20 years old AC and 15 years old HWT. After reviewing various companies we decided to go with Convertible Air folks. Marnie dropped by the next day and we reviewed how to replace existing furnace, etc. Marnie listened to our needs and offered what was the best option for us. Convertible Air was the first and the only company we contacted and I am very glad that we did. No pressure approach of Marnie was commendable. Marnie also, arranged for external company to drop by and review our existing furnace, etc which took place a couple of days after she left.
Next week Kemar and Eric dropped by and it took them two full days to replace everything and what an excellent job they did. Their attention to details was remarkable and they kept us informed throughout installation process. I am extremely happy with the outcome of new installation and highly recommend Convertible Air.
