New Furnace and tankless water heater
Highly recommend. Were in the process of getting a new furnace and water heater. Contacted convertible heating in the morning and my call was returned within the hour. Chris from convertible arranged an appointment the same day day. Reviewed several options for the furnace and water heater. Chris was knowledgeable and went into detail of the rebate programs available. We decided to replace the furnace and go with a tankless water tank. Pricing was very competitive and very reasonable. The technicians were on time and courteous. Explained the steps involved to replace the furnace. Very with he explanation. Unfortunately the tankless water heater could not be installed. there were some technical issues that needed to be resolved - venting requirements. The installation could not be completed and needed to be requoted. An additional $250 + HST was added. The install was done 2 business days later. Same technicians did the install. Again, they were courteous, explained the steps and did a very neat a and clean job.

We do our very best to be precise and accurate in our visit before the installations occur - unfortunately some installations are even tougher than sales people can foresee which can change the game plan a bit when the crew arrives.
Thankfully this occurrence happens less than 1% on all of our jobs thanks to the knowledgable sales team that we have, I am sorry that we weren't able to avoid it with your job- but at the end of the day most important thing is that you got an excellent installation installed properly and safely
And I know personally that the extra money you paid went directly to the materials needed for extra venting and there was no markup or company profit added on at all
