I used Mr. Electric services in my home and I'm happy with them.
their email notification service is great: letting you know who is coming and when approximately.
Technician was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Also, they are affordable & reasonable.
I would suggest using their services.

I would have liked better guidance on what I needed to have done, and would have preferred to be transferred when I phone in, to a licensed electrician. The woman who answered the phone did what she could, but I was left trying to guess what I needed or how to prepare for the electician's visit, but to know how much I would be paying. The invoice preparation and charges were really confusing. Would not recommend this company.

Needed scaffolding to replace bulbs in living room ceiling.
They did a terrific job with moving furniture, putting up scaffold, replacing bulbs and then putting everything back.
The guys were very respectful, pleasant and professional.

We contacted the company requesting service through their website in the evening and received a call back the next morning. Service was scheduled for the next day. Our electrician arrived as scheduled and completed the installation of three monitors quickly and efficiently. We will be contacting Mr. Electric for all of our future electrical needs.

I CANT DESCRIBE HOW ANNOYED I WAS TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WAS TO BE A $15 FUEL SURCHARGE. Gas is $1.35/litre.big dealand its one of the costs of doing business. Chiseling an extra $15 is such a dodgy move.

On the plus sidetheir communication was good, they were on-time, the electrician, Miro, is a great young guy whos polite and knows his stuff. He solved the problem within the hour, and he seems like a solid employee.

LOSE THE GAS SUR-CHARGE.very annoying.

The two electricians who came to install an outlet for a stairlift did a great job. Their work was very neat and they cleaned up very well.
