I called Kenny around 3pm and he said he would come over that night and showed up around 7pm - good when other companies are closed. He asked what brand of dishwasher I had and I told him it was a Frigidaire and he said no problem; good knowledge of all major brands is what I thought.
When he got to our house, he came in, took of his shoes and went straight to work and found the problem, a little door switch/relay with replacement cost of $5.99 which is what he charged us, not over-inflating the cost of the part.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. You always wonder about the integrity of people doing work for you and how much they will charge. Kenny was honest about the price for the job and gave a 3-month guarantee on his work. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.
