disengaging this company after 5 years of engagement

I have disengaged this company after having Jacob's team clean my house for the past 5 years. The service has deteriorated to the point that I didn't have my house cleaned for 8-weeks. I switched to monthly cleaning instead of bi-weekly clean and it seems created difficulty in schedule a cleaner. One particular clean promised a cleaning date in March but never show up and Jacob couldn't schedule a replacement which means that I have to wait further. This is not a sustainable business model that I could leave with. My cleaning date requested was not met and I can only take what Jacob can come up with in the last minute. Jacob never get on top of cleaning schedule himself and seems like he leave it to the individual cleaners. I did give this company good reviews before, but their service, at least to long term customer like me, has dropped to a point that I need to take my business to somewhere else. Not a pleasant experience.

David. After years of faithful service im sorry that you decided to leave us and with such a sour review. At least you mention that you gave reviews for our service because you and all my current clients know that we dont compromise on quality of work. This is a review you left not about a service but because of lack of service. You did mention in your review that you changed from bi weekly to monthly but you failed to let the good people reading know that you demanded a friday spot and I told you we had none. We have gone through many cleaners over the last 5 years with you and I have never sent a cleaner who wasn't fantastic. I always sent my best. They all enjoyed working for you and you were always very happy because you tipped them and even provided lunch for them and Christmas gifts etc...I am grateful for all the clients I have who stick with us through our staffing issues and our growing pains and are sorry that we couldn't accommodate you anymore.
