Samsung dual cooling Stainless Steel Fridge thousands wasted for NO REPAIR
ELITE APPLIANCE NO SERVICE --- Paid for diagnostic, paid for repair. Paid for diagnostic, paid for repair, paid for diagnostic and SAME repair..(repeat, repeat). fridge not working, lost food, time and money. One day after emptying and cleaning out fridge they never showed for the scheduled repair, company takes no pride in advertised customer satisfaction guarantee... NO HELP from any customer service as there is none.
