Had to have my dishwasher repaired and +Elite Appliance Service was there to save the day! Kent, my technician was the best. He was on time, pleasant and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Two thumbs up!!! (Work Order #: 4136198033)

Replaced a heater core on a 5 year old Samsung Dryer.
The work was done quickly and the technician was very professional.
He had all the parts with him so there was no delay in getting the job done.

Very polite and knowledgeable service man from Elite Appliance came to fix my dishwasher which would not shut off we tried unplugging the power but when plugged back in still. Ontinued to run he repaired the problem quick and easy very happy with service

for our Samsung dryer, heat is not working and called Samsung support and they referred to Elite appliances. A technician came from Elite appliances and identified the issue but he was not able to fix the issue immediately as the parts he brought didn't suit the dryer. So, they placed an order for the suitable parts and then another technician came in the next week and fixed it. The second technician was very helpful, courteous and answered all the questions we had. Thanks for your service and I would definitely recommend Elite.

Was having problems with the washing machine. Got to know about Elite and called them. The entire process from someone at the contact center logging the complaint (my Work Order number 227445), to a representative coming to assess the problem, to parts being ordered and the machine being fixed... everything was done seamlessly and efficiently. Must say I was impressed!

My washing machine wasn't pulling in cold water. I called Elite. A technician arrived right on time the next day and fixed the machine in 15 minutes. He explained what he did and showed me where the problem was. The machine works perfectly and we haven't had any issues since. Highly recommended.

Booking was easy with EA. The technician arrived on time as promised and took a look at my dyer that was not working properly. After a proper diagnostic the problem was revealed. Parts needed to be ordered and within 2 days the part arrived and same technician came and installed it. This company thrives on knowledgeable personal and staff.
