The worst experience I had.
Due to the technicians negligence and carelessness in removing the dishwasher for inspection, the back legs hit the three areas and ripped off the floor surface.
They did not offer any compensation for that and they ignored my messages when I followed it up more and did not respond me.

My gas dryer was making a horrible noise. I contacted Elite and was able to make an appointment same day. The replacement part can ASAP and the technicians were quickly back to repair it. Great job and service

The technician came fix my oven very friendly very professional asked me if I had any concerns. Any questions showed me how to prevent it from happening how to fix it if it happens again. Definitely were recommend using the service

Last year our 3 year old fridge died and the technician from Elite Appliance replaced the compressor. 3 weeks later the fridge failed again. It failed due to other bigger problems with the fridge. The second technician recognized the fridge was unsalvageable and helped me get a free replacement instead of returning for multiple service calls. Very kind and honest service. Didn't try to overcharge or do unnecessary service.

Our fridge compressor had problem they are very professional. THAKS TO JOE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Trying to save others from a terrible experience.

It took this company a week to fix my LG washer. Unfortunately I had already paid the initial diagnostic fee so I was obliged to follow through with the repair.

The technician they sent was misinformed and inexperienced.

They finally received the part a week later and the same technician came to my home to fix the machine.

They ended up charging me an exorbitant fee to repair the machine.

The other concerning thing was that the technician refused to leave our home without being paid. Normally companies will invoice and payment can be made later as most people work during the day.

This technician physically refused to leave our home. Our nanny felt uncomfortable and threatened. Completely unacceptable. Unfortunately I was at work otherwise would have called the Toronto Police. He finally left after I made the payment online.

Save your money and time and STAY AWAY from Elite.

These questionable practices, as reported by multiple customers, suggest a pattern of inefficiency, unprofessionalism, and potential financial exploitation, leaving customers feeling as if they are being taken advantage of.

Elite appliance was called out for a service repair. The gentlemen did everything to my expectation and was very careful and did everything by the book. Amazing service!

Was told humidity sensor needed to be replaced, paid $400. Still did no work then was told they need another $300 for the control board. They failed to dignose the issue properly and then kept asking for more money. BEWARE, not honest. Once they have your money, you will not hear from them, tone changes. they go from friendly to rude.

Had an issue with my gas stove burner. The tech came on time and fixed the issue very fast and recommended tips for prevention of the issue in the future. Happy with the service provided. Work order: 530524
