We needed to replace the damaged flooring in my daughter's Condo on 1171 Queen street West, urgently. Tiptop Flooring headed by Andre did an excellent job in completing this entire work on schedule and as per the quoted budget in 3 days time complying with the Condo regulations. It is rare to see such good workmanship meeting with customers requirement executed in timely manner. Kudos to Tiptop Flooring.

I hired Tip Top Flooring to sand and restain all the floors in my 1,200 sq-ft. Bungalow and to install new baseboards. The floors came out looking spectacular and added tremendous re-sale value to the house.

When we bought and renovated 7 years ago, we found old pine floors under many layers of flooring. We love them but they were showing their wear. Andrei and his crew were great to work with. Communications from Victor was fantastic - arranging visit to review the work, provision of estimate and follow-up, finalizing contract (very clear what TipTop would do and the associated cost), advice and reminders to get rooms ready for the work, confirmation a few days before start date, progress of the work and follow-up to make sure we were satisfied. On time, every time. No surprises and work completed as described. Two rooms where the floors were sanded, stained and finished; hallway, living room and dining room where the original 80 year-old challenging hardwood was given a fresh finish. Very clean work, barely any dust and no stains where there shouldn't be. Thanks to Victor and Andrei for a stress-free up-date to our floors. Feels like they'll last forever - unless we decide to change the colour of the stain some day:)

From the initial measure to the final product Andrei was a top professional. I have dealt with many trades over the years and working with this company was truly impressive. The job was to match up to the hardwood in the bedrooms as these floors were okay and the job is seamless. my kitchen was very worn down and I was unsure if it would come out well and all I can say is the floors look amazing. I would highly recommend.

I called a bunch of different contractors but no one wanted to work on a small job, which is understandable. But Andrei went out of his way to work with me and my client to repair her damaged floor and we eventually found a time for one of his guys to come by and do a speedy repair.
