TipTop Flooring did a superb job refinishing our 50 year old custom oak parquet floor and we highly recommend them. Andrei was courteous and professional, quick to respond and answered all our questions clearly and thoroughly. He explained and demonstrated various finishing options, and we are very satisfied with the result. He and Erik corrected areas of damage, such as gaps and stains, and took great care with site preparation. The job was completed in excellent time and they left the site spotless. I had the floors in my hallways and two rooms sanded and urethaned. I was pleased with the workmanship. Dust was kept to a minimum. The colour matched the one room that wasnt sanded. Samples of finishes were put on the floor so I could observe the colour in different lighting. How the colour would change with age was explained to me. I was also told how to clean the floor. Working with Andrei and his crew was a pleasant experience.

Tip Top Flooring refinished my 60 year old hardwood floors and did an absolutely fantastic job. They took care sanding the floor, managed to get out virtually all stains, gouges and imperfections. They used the right stain and urethane for my type of floor and make them look new again. Andrei and Erik were courteous and professional, and provided a detailed quote. They provided excellent guidance and answered all my questions. They worked hard on the sanding and floor preparation which led to a beautiful finish. What more can I say about Andrei and Tip Top flooring. He is truly an exceptional and totally honest professional and a problem solver. He re-stained my red oak floors to a lighter shade and was so patient. Initially I was worried about going from very dark wood floors to a lighter color but Andrei and Eric worked together to get the lighter shade. They did it in the exact time frame stated even though they were so busy and even came after the project was done to do touch ups. We hired Tip Top Flooring to install new parquet flooring in a room in our condo that had been carpeted. We wanted to match the parquet flooring in the remainder of the condo, to keep true to its mid century modern feel. Very few companies are able or willing to source parquet, but Andrei obtained it for us, and did a custom stain to match the rest of the flooring.
