Joe is the ultimate professional and did a wonderful job for my parents to rid them of the squirrels problem. He made numerous trips to the property on various occasions installing trap doors, installing wiring mesh around the roof vents, repairing and installing a roof vent etc. His general positive attitude and good nature makes it a pleasure to hire Joe. I would definately hire him again.

Joe from Snap came right away when we discovered a rat in the house. Friendly, knowledgable, professional and very thorough he evaluated the interior and exterior of the house and set baits. Haven't seen any signs of a rat since.

Jo is incredibly knowledgable... We didn't have an infestation - he made that clear (one is too many in my books). "Don't, worry and don't spend - this is what we'll need to do." And so he did it. He came back to check up, when I saw one after three months - very common according to my own research, not his talk - and explained how the nasty bug works. Put me at ease. Did another non-stinky dust/gel... I hope I don't ever need to call him again, but if it comes to that, he's my guy for sure.

Joe was very pleasant to deal with. He spotted several spots on the exterior of the house to patch up as they were potential entry points for mice.
He also found several spots on the interior to block off, and laid many baits throughout the house.

When my tenants called saying they still had a mouse, Joe came for a follow up to assess how the initial work had gone, and made some additional patches, and laid new traps to bring this issue to a close.
He is knowledgeable and helpful and fair on his pricing. The trifecta of a good contractor!

My husband and I were hearing small animals running through our attic early in the mornings. So after researching pest control companies on HomeStars, we decided to call up Joe and Frank from Snap Pest Control. We decided to go with them due to all of the great reviews, and specifically, how reviewers were commenting on how professional they were and also how personable and pleasant they were to deal with. They showed up the very next day after calling and immediately got to the source of the problem after a very thorough investigation – squirrels were getting through a hole in our chimney as well as some access points on the roof near our eavestrough. Frank even managed to take pictures of the squirrels trying to access our chimney at dusk! Their price was beyond reasonable and they promised not to leave until the job was taken care of. The squirrels were quite persistent and they actually found a few (that were still alive) that had fallen down through the hole in our chimney - and were hiding on a ledge (still inside chimney) close to the ground of our living room! I am horrified to admit that over he last 2-3 years, my cozy family home has been visited by mice and then...ugh...roaches. Joe has been my savious. He is resposive, knowledgeable, patient, comforting (this stuff is upsetting and stressful!) and persistent. We recently discovered bed bugs in our home. This was extremely traumatic for us aside from all the obvious reasons but also due to the fact that it had occured 2 days before Christmas. After contacting Joe at Snap Pest Control I immediately felt a small sense of relief. He answered all of my questions and assured me that he would resolve the issue for us in time for Christmas.
