HLE Flooring

Doing home improvements is never easy. I've done a few but rarely was I as satisfied as with HLE Flooring. Khody and his team worked hard and deliverd quality work. I own an older house (100+ years), which has many inperfections, but HLE Flooring managed to make it work. My new hardwood floor looks great. Moreover, the entire project was managed very well and I was kept infomed on daily basis. I'm very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend HLE Flooring to anyone.

My wife and I bought our first home and we definitely had a big “to do” list after moving in. Our biggest items were sprucing up the upstairs bathroom and putting in all new floors.

We reached out to a few companies and were lucky to find Khody with HLE flooring who went above and beyond in helping turn everything into a reality.

Khody and his team were truly partners in the project and no matter what the hiccup or issue we encountered (working on an old home is always fun) they were there to help find a solution. We were living in the house part of the time and they were great to have around and as unobtrusive as possible in today’s “work from home” world. Our dog misses hanging out with them.

HLE replaced all our floors (and fixed squeaking with the subfloor) and tiled and redid the bathroom (including a wood ceiling) – we couldn’t be happier with the result. I’d definitely recommend HLE Flooring to anyone in the future.

Cody and his team are in fact the best! I contacted him, and even beeing extremely busy, he agreed to install the flooring in my kitchen, hall and washroom in a day. It was done fast and with high quality! Price was reasonable too.

Khody helped us update our flooring in our new home. He replaced the existing carpet, redid the stairs and restained the existing hardwood floor to match the new flooring.
It is easy to communicate with him as he is always reachable via SMS / phone. His team worked long hours every day and even returned on weekends and late nights to ensure the job is done on time. He gave us great advice on how to schedule our other contractors as to ensure that the job is done the best that it could be. We love our new floors and will recommend the team for our friends and family, as well as our future basement job.

When the time came to install flooring and baseboard in the Family room, Khody and his team was the first name that came to mind. This is the second time I worked with Khody, the first being several years ago in our basement. He did an amazing job there so it was an easy decision to work with him again. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, quality was outstanding, No hesitation in recommending Khody and the team.

HLE did a fantastic job in refinishing all the hardwood floors in my 1950's bungalow. Khody was great to work with. He provided good advice about the stains and finishes and was always in communication regarding scheduling of the work and any concerns. They refinished the living/dining room, two bedrooms and hallway and repaired the floors where needed. The cost was as per the estimate provided. Would definitely use them again!

This is the 2nd time we had the pleasure of dealing with Khody and his team. There's a reason why we picked and came back to him again for this 2nd project, it is because we trust him and we know the quality of work that he delivers.

The 1st project he did for us was ripping the carpet on our entire 2nd floor and replacing it with Vintage engineered hardwood flooring.

The 2nd project was a bigger one, which involves refinishing the 1st floor hardwood (from natural red oak color to a nice grey tone), as well as refinishing the stairs and upstairs hallway. I was a bit worried that it would be difficult to achieve the stain color that we wanted on the hardwood but in the end, he was able to deliver and achieve the look I was going for.

He worked and finished on schedule, with amazing workmanship and attention to detail. We are very happy and satisfied clients. I highly recommend him and will for sure go back to him for any of my future flooring/stair refinishing needs.
