Boy did we luck out in finding HLE Flooring! They did a fantastic job transforming a run down rental apartment into a beautiful one. The job was an unexpectedly tricky one due to the condition of the floors hidden under carpeting. Khody and his crew where able to easily adapt and fix all the problems and then proceed with the installation of our lovely new floors. I thought their pricing was more than fair and the value of our rental has increased substantially. To top it off they are very easy to communicate with, have a great work ethic and are very respectful people.

After receiving several quotes, I chose Khody's- not only because it was the best price, but also because of all the great reviews on this site.

Khody and his partner arrived right on time, and were very personable and efficient- I felt right at ease. They had no trouble at all removing my carpet and taking care of the disposal for me- a job that had taken me hours when I had done a different room. They were so meticulous through the entire job to make sure that this job blended in well with other laminate flooring previously installed.

I was most impressed when they were able to find a creative solution to a problem that came up with my quarter rounds, and it looks terrific. Had they not asked me for my opinion on this issue, I never would have known- it looks that good! They finished the job a few hours early, and made sure everything (including my building elevator) was cleaned up before they went. I would definitely use them again.

I called Khody to fix a terrible flooring job that a BAD general contractor left me with in my downtown Toronto condo. He came and explained to me the issues with the current flooring install and what he would have to do to fix and gave me a very fair and reasonable cost. Khody and his team spent two days working his magic to correct all the cuts, uneven and damaged boards I was left with from the previous install. He is very honest, meticious and professional. After that I consulted Khody over email and over the phone several times more and he was very responsive and informative.

We herd of KLE flooring through friends and family who had a lot of hardwood and laminate work done by Khody, sometimes in difficult renovations in old housing, etc. Every time, Khody came through, with the end result being a beautifully finished floor.
KLE installed a set of maple hardwood steps, and engineered hardwood in our basement, and the results were better than we hoped. KLE flooring staff were at all times professional, they showed up on time, completed their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Khody was very knowledgeable, and told us all our options so that we made informed decisions. The price was also more than competitive versus other quotes.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with the results. We highly recommend KLE for any flooring or refinishing project.

I had contacted several installers and contractors to inquire about the installation of laminate floors in my home. Khody removed the existing carpet and installed new laminate and quarterrounds for my condo. When I approached this project, I was not too knowledgable of what needed to be done but Khody was able to explain what I needed, give reasonable answers to my questions and give accurate estimations on the cost and timeline of the project.
