Grand Alarms

Grand Alarms Ltd.installed complete alarm system (all hard wires connections) for our house on main floor and basement operable windows and doors. When we were finishing our basement,it was very easy for us to finished it with out no damage to our alarm wires,because the installation had been done by their experiences in alarm installer. Every times alarm tripped,we always get calls from their monitoring station right away and not only that their service people call us right away to find out that we all are safe and also we need a service man come and to fix it if we need.

We've been with another alarm company before a friend recommended me to Grand Alarms. Now, we are with Grand Alarms for 6 years and happy knowing that my family is always protected and never have to pay for any service call again unlike the other company that charges us everytime I call for service.
We just moved in to our new house 3 months ago and thanks to Grand Alarms for installing our security system for free. We just have to pay for the monthly monitoring. We also asked them to install our audio system, central vacuum and garage door openers and we're happy at the way all the work was done. Their installers work very neat and are very professional.
I've recommended my friends and families to Grand Alarms as well and they are all extremely happy.

We recently signed with Grand Alarms for home security. The staff is very friendly and the product is very competetive. They went out of their way to meet our requirements. That's what I call customer service. I highly recommend.

For the past 5 years, we were using ADT but were never fully satisfied with their service. After recently remodeling our house, we decided to finally change Alarm companies. We interviewed about a half dozen companies and decided on going with Grand Alarms - Are we ever happy that we did!
Their technician was courteous and the transition was quick and painless. The customer service staff are awesome, no wait times to actually speak to someone and so far everyone I've spoken too are super friendly.

I've never felt so safe & secure and the best part is we're actually saving almost $100 a year!!!

My Fiance and I just built our dream home so obviously we were ruthless in picking our trades. Grand Alarms came highly recommended but we met with four other well known companies in the area as well; each gave us detailed quotes. Grand Alarms was the only company that didn't try to prey on or create a sense of fear; all the others tried to push upgrade after upgrade in the face of some ambigiuos boogyman. The staff at Grand Alarms were straight forward about the obstacles in securing a home and educated us about their choices in the products they use. The guys who installed the unit were very respectful, they actually acknowledged that they were in a home and not a job site, something the other tradesmen working at the same time did not. They were professional, polite, and clean! When I come home at night and turn on my system, between the outside cameras, motion sensors, and video relay, I breath easy.
