Gareth and son Liam did an excellent job refurbishing and restaining our old deck. Replaced wood as necessary and stained the entire deck (2 coats Benjamin Moore) as well as the fence on both sides of our narrow lot, and railway ties around our garden

We were extremely pleased with the job recently completed by The English Painter team! They were extremely accommodating to our rush weekend booking when our previous painter cancelled and we needed to paint our living/dining/bedrooms in a tight turnaround before our contents were moved back in. They were friendly, professional, precise, tidy, and very protective of our new hardwood floors. We appreciated Gareth and team's flexibility to work around other trades on site (and to be honest, complete some of the leftover finishing touches like trimming the bottom off bedroom doors to accommodate our new flooring). The walls in our wonky old house had so many issues too, like cracks, holes and damaged plaster, and all those issues were addressed. At the last minute Gareth painted our fireplace (an out-of-scope job I had been dreading to do myself) and it just goes to show the extra mile taken to provide great customer service. Happy to recommend this painting company and I will use their services again in the future.

My dining and living room had not been painted for a number of years and had cracks in the stucco ceiling and walls. I contacted the English Painter and they came soon after to give me an estimate and discuss the repairs. I agreed to the work and was impressed with the professional manner in which it was done. They arrived on time moved what furniture and curtains that needed to be moved. Painting included a metal railing, a closet, walls and trim. They completed the work when they said they would and did a great job at repairing the cracks. I would definitely hire them again.

The English Painters quote was well within our budget. Scheduling was handled smoothly and courteously. When the work was done, every promise was fulfilled to the letter. We wanted to match the previous wall colour, andalthough that paint is no longer madethe match using a quality grade of Benjamin Moore was perfect. The two painters worked quietly and well, with meticulous attention to cleanliness. These people take great pride in doing a good job; they were cheerful and obliging throughout. We are completely satisfied with the result. And, for that matter, with The English Painters office support. We would have no hesitation in recommending this outfit to anyone.
