Mike and his associate far surpassed our expectations in their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge.
From the little things such as removing their shoes each and every time they entered the house, to pointing out and explaining the different duct runs, they certainly made these new homeowners feel at ease. On top of that, there was no mess to clean up when they were done.
In this day and age, it is so nice to be greeted with a handshakeand smile, have the job done as promised, if not better, and leave us completely satisfied that we made the right choice.
