Visual inspections of your interior ducts are done with the customer and also we can use a snake camera or digital camera to take a picture for the customer at no additional charge. The Wagjag offer was $119 for 10 ducts, additional ducts $9 each. The total cost for your duct cleaning service is determined by the number of vents your home has. Therefore, your total cost for 18 vents was $191. If you purchased optional services such as dryer vent cleaning, furnace cleaning, central vacuum cleaning, etc., this will add to the cost of our service. Cleaning the dryer vent is a service that is often neglected by the home owner and often only remembered when it is causing a problem. As our second most popular service, we are very well equipped to professionally clean even the most challenging of systems. Hi David, thanks for your feedback. The punctuality of our staff is very important to us as we understand that people live very busy lives these days. I can confidently say that we make 99% of our appointments on time and the odd time we may not would be due to reasons beyond our control. It is a service type of business which results in travelling times being disrupted or unforeseen mechanical breakdowns and so forth. We did call to let you know we were stuck in traffic due to a traffic accident. We did apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and our technicians also apologized upon arrival. We also gave you a discount for this inconvenience. The voucher that you purchased covers the first 10 vents for $139 and $10 for every extra vent. Its was printed right on the voucher and also listed on the WagJag deal online.... sorry if you thought it was $139 for all 39 vents. Our pricing compared to our quality of work is very reasonable. Hi Hitesh,we at Double Diamond feel this review is very unjust. Tried in vain to satisfied customer ... customer was given a full refund.
This picture is of a hot air vent with mortar in it from when the tiling is done. We see this often, especially in newer homes. We do not scrub or sand or chisel this away from the vent boot, we can only use our 250 psi air pressure gun to clean these areas.
The customer was not happy about this, even though the main duct truck lines where cleaned to perfection.
Customer was given a full refund.
