Our hot water tank stopped working Wednesday night. Called Ashton Service Group first thing Thursday and they sent out a technician (Mike) to give a free estimate, and install a new tank if we decided to go ahead. Mike was helpful, friendly, courteous and informative. Had the job done within 3 hours, including picking up the new tank from a local supplier. This company is a bit more expensive than others, but the prompt and professional customer service and their No Problems Plan make it worthwhile in our books. Thank you, Mike and Ashton!
