Our carpet was dirty from six years of random cleaning and wear and tear. After a bit of research I learned that One used a deep cleaning machine rather than wand. The difference was amazing. I would highly recommend Greg and his great service.

Just had Greg from The One Carpet Cleaners clean the carpets in our basement. I had done a lot of research looking for a carpet cleaning company to care for our carpets. We have had other cleaners in the past that left us less than satisfied with their cleaning and stain removals and having just had new and expensive carpet installed in the basement, we wanted to ensure it would be cleaned well. After reading so many positive reviews on his service and speaking to Greg on the phone, I was convinced to give One Carpet a try. We couldn't be happier with our choice and Greg"s service! He arrived right on time, and provided us with superior service. I had vacuumed before he arrived (there are cats in our home) and thought I had done a reasonable job, but with Greg's powerful equipment, a lot more hair was brought to the surface. Greg vacuumed up that hair and even raked the carpet after he had finished cleaning to get all residual hair from the carpet. He told me that normally there would be an extra charge for the vacuuming, but refused to charge me and stayed with his quoted price. I found him to be very honest, personable, knowledgeable and one could tell he took great pride in doing a fabulous job. We will certainly use Greg again and will recommend him and his company to others. Thank you Greg!

Greg did an exceptional job for my husband and I. The heavy traffic areas we were concerned about look great after cleaning, when dry they surpassed our expectations. Greg promised to do the best he could for us and he did just that. He was professional, polite and friendly we were very comfortable having Greg in our home which is very important to seniors. This was the best carpet cleaning experience we have ever had 5 Star worth every penny.

His work was pretty fast and efficient. He still try hard on such a small job. He also promised if any followup needed, he can return to fix it. His price is not the lowest in town though. I still won't regret hiring him to clean my two rooms.

I have now used Greg to clean our carpets twice. The first time he did an excellent job and this time was no different. He was punctual, detailed and efficient. As a home inspector, I see the work and attention to detail from several different contractors, and they are not all created equal. Greg was concerned with doing the best he could, while explaining what he was doing in different areas of the home. The carpets are getting older, yet he was still able to get them clean. (not an easy task with two small kids and a dog running around) He gave me some advice about some of the better vacuum cleaners on the market and the use of non toxic chemicals. I will absolutely contact Greg again and think you should give him a call when you need a good carpet cleaning.

Greg did a miracle job in the new house that we bought! There were pet stains from previous owners and he did an amazing job removing them. He was fast, friendly, and truly lived up to his word. We couldn't be happier!!!

Our carpet was in the shape of a mission impossible. hired Greg to do the job of our dining room and living room carpet which had stains we couldn't remove for years.Greg was prompt and efficient with his service, he took the time to make sure all the stains were gone using professional equipment. Both my wife and I were in awe when we saw the carpet which looked brand new. It was truly a jaw dropping experience.
