I chose Garage Door Depot based on Home Stars reviews as I was coordinating a replacement opener for my mom's house in Edmonton (I live in Toronto). Jim was responsive and patiently answered questions. There was an issue with connecting the opener to my mom's vehicle, and Jim returned the next day to attempt to resolve the issue. Jim put in extra effort to make things go smoothly and I appreciated his professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
