Greg the owner installed two garage door openers (Liftmaster) for our new home. Greg has excellent customer service and is a trusted professional. We later found out that one of the units had a manufacturer defect, so Greg ordered and installed a new one for us within a reasonable time frame. We would definitely use The Garage Door Depot again if needed.

I needed a part to fix my garage door, and it was difficult to find it around competetive stores. Garage Door Depot was helpful in finding us the part, delivery and service. He went above and beyond to help me fix my project. Highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a good, reasonable price and great service.

Greg exemplified customer service. He came twice to fix a door that of course ended up working the first time here was here - and stopped working the next day. Tried to walk me through on the phone first before we came to the realization it was a faulty sensor. Out quickly to fix things up right. Can't recommend his service enough!!

If you are looking for someone you can trust , is very professional , will get you what you need and will give you all of his undivided attention , then Greg is your man. The BIG stores cannot compare .Believe me , I did my research.You get a better , stronger door with Greg at a lower price , and you wont wait 4 weeks or more. (like home depot ect..) As soon as the cold hit, my garage door and opener were not functioning properly. I called Greg and he came over next evening in -20 weather.
He adjusted quite a few things, and took his time making sure everything was properly functioning again.

Greg installed new electric door openers on the two garage doors and realigned them so they opened and shut properly, which they never did from the company that originally installed them, and he replaced and installed new weatherstripping and seals on the doors so that they were virtually air-tight and did not allow any snow into the garage. This was an issue before and of concern to me, because I have antique cars stored in it and did not want snow and mice getting in, as was the case. I would highly recommend his company and his services to others without question. I will be using his company to install an interlocking garage floor for me in the spring.

He came to my house on a Sunday evening on a emergency call
to replace a coil spring which had snapped
(preventing me from opening the garage door ).

He not only did a great job, but he did not even charge extra
for the off-duty call.

Better still, the spring he changed worked fine,
but it was not the "exact" replacement spring for the door,
so he weighed the door and made sure to order the exact
replacement spring,
...which he installed the following week AT HIS EXPENSE !

Greg genuinely cares for his customers and places their satisfaction
above all else.

You won't be disappointed. We had a garage door to be replaced and the door was supposed to be custom as our unit is 40 years old and the regular size is not available any more.
Absolutely no stress and they got the work done amazing. I had some issues with the lock since my mom was unable to lift the door up because of the weight of the door and believe me they have an amazing after hours emergency service.
I hope I never have any issues with garage doors in my life ever but if I have to I will rely on Garage Door Depot

There were issues with the door and 2 panels had to be re ordered. The original installer did not do a good job. They then sent Monte to do the repairs and he did an excellent job. Monte then showed me how to maintain my door. I give him a ten and would definitely do business with them again
