Pulley string broken on one side of garage door. Greg came within few min and fized it. Pleasant knowledgeable and honest.

Greg replaced my old and damaged garage door last Friday. I'm super pleased with the install, very well fitted, smooth and quiet opener operation. He also installed an extra weather shield along the bottom of the door I had purchased separately. I'd recommend the company for garage door replacement and maintenance.

We had a wonky garage door, where the immediate problem was that the tensor cable had fallen off the drum. He sorted that out quickly, then got to the root problems: that the door tracks were slightly misaligned and that the door's open position was an inch or so too low. All got sorted out super well.

Greg is a solid guy and clearly enjoys his work. As an added bonus, his and my dogs ran around and played together while the repairs were being done.

Owner was responsive to questions, order was completed quickly. Supply chain issues impeded delivery of garage door but was installed quickly after door was received. Owner is a pleasant person to deal with and did the installation himself. I would reccommend this company when ordering a new garage door or for door repairs, he even fixed some items he noticed with our door opener. I always try to shop small local companies.

Just want to say what an excellent experience we had with the Garage Door Depot in Ottawa, Ontario. Greg is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to deal with. All pre-installation questions/concerns were answered promptly. All transactions (deposit, payment, etc.) were handled promptly and professionally. Greg and Tyler installed 2 garage doors with LiftMaster electronics in the space of an afternoon and everything works "as advertised" (no call-backs). This included old door removal/disposal, new door installation, programming and a through clean-up. This is a great team who know their product and know how to install it.
