A recent freezing rain brought down a number of fir branches onto our gutters. The damage required replacement rather than repair. Precision (Tyler) provided a detailed on-site review followed by a detailed estimate for the job.
The crew arrived as scheduled and were courteous and thorough in performing their work. Very easy to speak to and the job was done in good time and very much to our satisfaction. Upon completion, they did a clean up; taking away the old gutters and tidying up beneath the work areas.
Overall, we were very pleased with the entire process. Cost/timing/clean up/and final result were all as hoped for.
We will have no reservations about using and recommending Precision Gutters.
