Excellent job as always. Cory came out all by himself and was friendly and very thorough. It was pouring rain but he still had a smile on his face. I have used "others" but always come back to Precision for their vortex system. Keep it up!

4.5 years after the installation I had a small warranty issue. The Precision team repaired the problem promptly and Exceeded my expectation’s. Thank you to Cheryl, Ryan and the rest of the team.

We had Precision install new gutters for us a couple years ago and this year we had a leak at the corner of our house. They were very professional and fixed our leak. We are very satisfied with their service and we will be a long time customer! Highly reccomend Precision Gutters!

Very satisfied with the workmanship and service. Precision Gutters were very busy and my job was on the smaller size. They were able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time as other companies I contacted wouldn't even talk to me as they were all quite busy. Precision Gutters is my recommendation to all my friends and family.

We needed to have our hiiden gutter downspouts widened to 3-inch diameter and all downspouts replaced. Precision Gutters was the one of the few specialist firms that does this type of work. They came in and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them and use them again.

Our installers were very prompt and professional upon arrival at our house on the morning of the install. They did a good job of accommodating some non-standard requests with our downspouts without issue. When we noticed a couple of small issues that weren't initially identified, Ryan was great at responding and addressing all of our concerns. Overall, my experience with Precision gutters was very positive and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is our second time hiring Precision Gutters. Our first experience with them was about 3 years ago, they installed all new gutters on our old house. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly communicated everything to us. When we found out that they are also now involved in home exterior work, we immediately asked them for a quote to help us with exterior issues we were having with our new house.

All of our windows on our 15 year old house had not be installed properly by the builder, and we were literally having windows starting to push out away from the house. We also had some gable and fascia boards that needed replacing, as well as some hardy boards on the front exterior. We also replaced all the window/door trims with new wood trim. In addition, we needed some exterior work completed on our large back garden shed. Precision was more than happy to help us out and add it onto our work order, and they were able to build as an amazing new shed roof with an extended overhang, and added gutters for better drainage.

We were so lucky to have two of Precision's amazing employees, Allan (who led us thru the project from start to finish and beyond) and Mike (who completed all the inspections, carried out the exterior work, and offered us practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions). Both Mike and Allan had fantastic communication skills, were always open and honest with us, and took the time to answer any of our questions and concerns. They are both very knowledgeable and experienced professionals who truly care about their quality of work, providing a positive client experience, and standing behind quality craftmanship.

Allan was always quick to respond to my questions or concerns, both thru email, phone conversations and site visits. He made us feel comfortable with the project process, the company's standards, and how and why we were being charged for which parts of the project. He was always kind and considerate and very honest. It was such a pleasure working with Allan!

Mike always showed up to the job site on time and with a positive outlook for the day. He always explained to us where he was in the process and took us aside to show us details of the project work. Mike always consulted with us first if any unknown issues popped up along the way and provided us with very detailed inspection reports for each window and door, along with photos, so that we would have a permanent record of the issues and the work that was completed. He cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and left things neat, tidy and organized. Mike is a hard worker and is always dedicated to ensuring the homeowner gets top quality work.

A huge thank you to Allan, Mike, and the rest of the Precision Gutters team for giving us peace of mind by investigating, solving and fixing our window installation issues. We now have beautiful new window and door trims that make the house look so much better than it did before, and a beautiful and functional new garden shed roof. Well worth the investment!

I have also just discovered that Precision Gutters offers regular gutter cleaning and maintenance, and I will be looking into switching over to them for this service in the near future.

I was most impressed with the work performed by Precision. I was given an estimate of the cost with a breakdown of all the various components of the work and parts required. The workers did what was required and in the time I expected. 3 workers for approximately 8 hours each. The cleanup was well done. A most impressive job! Thank you. Cliff MacDonald

Precision Gutters did a fantastic job of replacing all our gutters. From the outset the communications were good and people arrived when expected.
