Our 14 year old hvac thermostat panel went blank last weekend. Calls to the contractor that has sold it to us, installed it and was servicing it over the years, went unanswered for two days..

My wife went back to reading the reviews of the HVAC contractors listed in the category and based on location and reviews, contacted Aire Max.
Max was willing to come and look at our system before recommendations of what needs to be done. He came the same evening, tested the functioning of the air conditioner and confirmed my suspicion that the Thermostat unit had to be replaced. He provided a quote and a promise of a return visit the next morning. He texted his estimated arrival and was very prompt and competent.
