They showed up on time to fix the broken AC. Turns out the fan on the 1999 furnace has died. I was offered choice of repair or replace. I opted to replace, which they did same day. They forgot to relight the water heater pilot light. When my tenants were scared to do it themselves they came back next day and did it. Good service!

Hi AKM, it was a pleasure installing a new Furnace for you. About your water heater, we did not touch it at all, but because we were taking out the old furnace exhaust, some of the dust in the vents fell inside the pilot light and turned it off.
