Impact Zone

This was the first move I've actually done with movers. In the past I've got friends and relatives to help and paid them with pizza and beer. This made the move so much easier especially because of Kim and Dennis. They were both courteous and actually very funny. They arrived promptly at the arranged time and after a quick walk through they started loading. What I couldn't believe is how fast and efficient they were. I actually had to tell them to take a break.

A small thing surprised and impressed me both!
Kim received a call. He didn't even stop for 5 minutes to take the call. He put it on speaker set it on the desk they were hauling and just kept on going.

Impact Zone showed the same care and speed once arriving to unload. It was a tight squeeze and a low bulkhead getting into my basement suite which was no problem for them. No marks or scuffs on the wall or furniture.

They were also the cheapest quote I received.

We moved into our new home in Lethbridge a week ago. Our movers came to our home in Calgary on the worst snowstorm of the year. These two men never complained about a thing. They just worked steady and hard all the time. Not one item got broken and they were two of the strongest men I have met, and the funniest and kindest as well. If you ever need movers, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. They are a 10 star couple.

Impact Zone was very easy to deal with. Kim & Dennis we’re punctual, courteous, and very careful with items. Had added weather challenges of huge snow berms & quite cold neither of which seemed to be a problem for them. Very professional and would use again.

Impact Zone moving showed up on time and worked extremely hard the entire time. On one occasion a box was bumped into a wall and they pointed it out immediately in case there was any damage, which there wasn't. Much more honest than other movers I've used.

I had to move out from my condo and needed help. I called Impact Zone and they helped me out. What I thought impossible, they made quick work of. I will definitely call these guys again for my next move.

Kim and Dennis were fantastic! They went non-stop from the moment they arrived till the moment they left. Everything was packed and moved with extreme care and I have no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend them, based on service alone. When all was said and done they were also lower than most quotes I had received from other companies. Thanks again guys!

We would recommend Impact Zone for all your moving needs. As moving is a very stressfull time for many Kim and Dennis were very professional, respectful, polite and courteous. They worked hard and never had any problems or complaints about how much stuff, how heavy and how hard it was to move the pieces. The floors all had runners on them and the furniture was protected and no damage occurred. This kind of professionalism and respect took a lot of the stress out of the move. Immediate and Excellent Job done in moving my Couch from upstairs to downstairs, extreme care taken with the piece when moving it, and certainly went above and beyond in helping me out with the Barbq as well. Took care of a huge load of furniture removal as well. Friendly Fast and Efficient. Would highly recommend this team.
