Gutter Doctor

After a cleaning and service I had a misunderstanding with service rep but owner James was very helpful in resolving. I am grateful that he took the time to call and resolve the issues.

Gutter Doctor was prompt in responding to my request for services. Shane was able to complete the repair job the same day he came to the property to provide a quote. The downspout blew off during a spring storm, and after Shane's excellent repair service, that downspout is solidly reattached. Coincidentally, the repair was done the same day as the 90km/hr thunderstorms hit Calgary. A true testament to his repair technique! The downspout didn't move at all. I will have to have Gutter Doctor back to do a few other downspout repairs before the summer is over!

I was concerned about the overflow in the eavestroughs during rain and worried there were also structural damages from a falling branch but an assessment by TJ showed only a cleaning was necessary. Since I now appreciate that our nearby trees are perpetually shedding in the gutters I will continue to use this service as needed for peace of mind. Thanks for your help.

Amazing service from Gutter Doctor. They replaced the gutters on my house and they did a fantastic job. They were super professional and answered all my questions. I had old gutters that constantly leaked, they replaced them a couple months ago and since then I have had no more leaks, they work great and look nice too! They also told me if there are any leaks in the next 5 yrs they will come and fix them for free. I really trust this company, they are reliable, professional and they back up their work! Sharaf ensured the gutters were cleaned out and ensured that the leaves did not blow into my neighbours gutter. He was very patient with my questions and professional and worked quickly. He came back today and installed screens (40 feet) in the gutters. I am hugely impressed with Sharaf's professionalism and speed at how fast he worked. He ensured no mess was left behind.
