The One Roofing

Michel was doing some repair jobs in our neighbourhood and we asked if he would be able to look at our roof while he was here. We were on our way to an appointment and would be gone for the afternoon, but he came right over and made the necessary repairs when he finished the job he was doing. Michel is a very happy person and his work was most proffesional. We will keep him as a contact and have and will continue to recommend his services.

I contacted 6...that's right...SIX other roofing companies and this guy was the only one who was reliable, affordable, competent and communicative all at the same time. There was missing shingles, damaged eaves troughs, Michel inspected the roof and addressed concerns I had about a possible leak. Michel was very prompt and provided great feedback to keep in mind for the future. I was very happy with his work - he is very approachable, personable and price-worthy.

Early Spring, late saturday night, water was leaking down my basement wall. Sunday morning I opened the yellow pages and phoned one after another after another Roofing company, no one would come until I called 'The One Roofing'. Michel came over that day, fixed the leak, fixed the venting, no trouble since. Then the garage roof gave us trouble this summer, covered by insurance, but hired Michel of The One Roofing instead of insurance company roofer, to redo the garage and he did an amazingly thorough quality job compared to what was there before.
