Maric was referred through my sister, who is thorough when hiring professionals in her home. I had my own HVAC tech that I trusted for many years but when the temperature was falling in my home, and on the coldest day of the winter, Maric was the only one to respond to my call right away. I sent him a video of the problem, where he heard and saw what was happening. On his way here from his last scheduled call of the day, he picked up the part he thought was the problem and came over. He was thorough in explaining what the problem was, drained the tubes, replaced the motor and showed me how to troubleshoot in the future. He was tidy with his work, friendly to my kids who were curious about what he was doing, professional in his conduct and super polite. A month later, I had another problem that he walked me through over the phone. He could have easily charged me for a visit, but didn't. What is clear is that he values his client relationships and that a long-term one is better than short-term gain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maric to anyone looking for a good, honest professional who will go above and beyond when necessary.
