As a follow-up, I recently requested a service visit, as my furnace fan seemed to be malfunctioning. It turned out that the malfunction had nothing to do with the installation of the AC unit by Furnace Solutions. Yet, the customer service offered by Ryan and Scott from Furnace Solutions went above and beyond what one could reasonably expect. I ended up having to go through my furnace installer -- not Furnace Solutions -- to have the malfunctioning part replaced as the part was still under warranty and the problem was not the fault of Furnace Solutions. Yet, Furnace Solutions was willing to diagnose the problem free of charge. What turned out to be a negative experience with the other company further demonstrated that Furnace Solutions offers a far superior experience to its customers. Another job well done by Furnace Solutions! I would continue to highly recommend Furnace Solutions if you want to experience superior customer service.
