After a frustrating and wearisome search for a full service kitchen contractor, MacLeans was referred to me. It was a night and day experience. These guys have the right attitude - can-do, what else would you like, postive, enthusiastic and energetic. Brothers Terry and Dave do it all - no sub-trades. They are total professionals backed up in the office by Barb. We had a slow start due to the HST implementation and overwhelming orders, however, they were proactive and honest in making the difficult calls to explain the delay. They were responsive to my calls and were quick to get back to me with design drawings and pricing (which was better than some of the "big" name competitors). When they got on the job, it came in AHEAD of schedule and they were on site, every day, all day, until it was done and we've had no issues or call backs. I appreciated their suggestions and guidance and together Dave, Terry and I designed a kitchen pantry piece that is really unique. When you hear of kitchen renno nightmare stories .... it didn't happen to me. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

Their work was done quickly and done precisely to the penny of what was quoted to us prior to the work beginning. Our kitchen was approximately 20 years old. From planning to inception MacLeans was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As this was a first renovation for us we were totally inexperienced. Their guidance was great - suggested we take down a wall and pillars, we were unsure but figured they were the experts so went with it and WOW it turned out fantastic. Looks like a brand new house without the expense of moving. We highly recommend this company everyone we had to deal with was great - very professional and clean, clean, clean!
