I recently hired Tree Experts to take care of the trees on my property, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exemplary.

This was my first year in using this company. I have an extremely large hedge in my backyard and it was thinning. I was worried about loosing my privacy and it was communicated to me that they would be able to ensure this would not happen with a series of bug applications, fertilizers and even tying it up to make it healthier and help with the bald spots. I was hesitant to spend such an exuberant amount on a hedge, but was willing to do so because of the commitment that was promised me. My hedge has never looked worse. I lost close to half of the hedge, they wouldn't tie it up and provided me with no solutions, just excuses.

I am a firm believer that not everything can go as planned, but it is how we fix those situations that separates us from the rest. Anyone can make promises and take clients money, but if they are a company of integrity and want repeat customers, they will make every effort to make it right. That was not the case here. I will not be using them again.

I am very particular when it comes to projects around the house, no more so then ensuring our 20 year Bloodgood Japanese maple is pruned properly. I have put my trust in Mark Irwin and his team for years now as I know the job will be done professionally and properly.

I have had excellent experiences with Bartlett Toronto. The arborists and crews are professional and knowledgeable. Safety is clearly a priority and they leave the yard spotless.

Chris is an expert coordinator who handled my job at Bartlett. The team removed a medium size (~30 ft tall) ash tree in my back yard with minimum disturbance and great efficiency. The team was willing to work around the script a little bit to perform stump grinding the way I wanted.

Reading the other reviews on HomeStars, I was hesitant, however, I was very pleasantly surprised with how smoothly things went. The price was quite competitive and the service timely, without surprises and frankly, quite good. I am glad that I chose to go with Bartlett in the end.

The crew did a fabulous job of assessing what needed to be done and then consulting with us to see if we agreed. This was especially important with the maple tree pruning. Work was done efficiently and they left nothing behind but a very satisfied customer.

I have 3 huge Northern Red Oak trees and 2 Norway Maples on a tiny urban lot. I want them to outlive me and Bartlett have been very instrumental in keeping them healthy. They took my order and quickly set appointment with an arborist and then with the work crews to suit my schedule. All arrived on time with full crews. Did the jobs carefully with a similar concern to me that all these trees live long and prosper. Thorough clean-up afterwards.

Another great experience with Bartlett. I had them do some pruning of trees, shrubs and some gigantic cedars. Everything looks lovely. Very friendly crew. They cleared up all of the mess and left my yard spotless!

We used bartlett to remove dead branches from our trees. They lost our work order, were slow to reply when we called and slow to come and do the work. They did minimal pruning and we ended up removing most of the dead branches ourselves (> 10 bags)
