AllMax Home Inspection

I hired Alan to do an inspection of the attic and roof of my mom's detached home so that I could understand what was causing a leak into the living room chimney area. Alan quoted me a very fair price, and while other inspectors did not want to walk into the attic, Alan did not have an issue with it. On the day of the inspection, he did a very thorough job, and took pictures of everything. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem, explain the issues to me and make recommendations on how to fix. Alan was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. The report he sent me was precise and to the point. I could not have had a better experience with this inspector. Highly recommend.
