We recently found ourselves working with Joel at Puroclean Emergency Services in unusual and unwelcome circumstances, and we were enormously impressed with his speed, thoroughness, professionalism, courtesy and integrity. We came across some mold in our basement while cleaning a flood. Turns out the problem had been ongoing. The condo manager said "just clean it with bleach". When talking to Joel Nelson from PuroClean I asked him if this was a correct way to solve the problem. He let us know that bleach doesn't get rid of mold. It needs to be cut out. He came over to look at it and took care of cutting out the mold and disposing it. Afterwards he sprayed a product that was natural and not chemical. We have two children who enjoy playing in the basement and now I can rest knowing the problem has been removed (and the origins of water seepage has also been corrected). I called a few places and PuroClean had the most reasonable price. Joel was very friendly and let us know what was going on! Thanks!
